Volunteers

There are volunteers everywhere.
These are getting a talking to from their leader...I don't know what she was saying, but it didn't sound good:


unfortunately, it seems like there was this big push to get all this volunteers set up everywhere (literally, every subway station and kiosks all over the streets) but most of them seem really bored.
